    you said no SC codes, looks like plenty in history, lots of recent jams as well.

    I see a large count of J000, jam at power on, and J115, finisher shift motor malfunction. You also have a SC 750, shift motor error, listed from yesterday. It would appear that you have a problem with the finisher shift motor or associated mechanism.

    From the J000 I would say that you have a flaky door switch, possibly on the finisher. Either that or you suffer frequent power problems.

    Problem fixed finally !
    replaced stepper motor who moves shaft for joggers.

    make sure that shaft is cleaned and lightly lubed as well it needs to slide smoothly
