what have you tried to do to fix it?
Iniatially it had problem with blowing varistor and fu2 then i repaired the power board now it doesn't blow fu2 but if the power is switched on the power indicator blink green then goes off and the printer is silentOriginally Posted by dalewb74
Sounds like the PSU is going into over current protect. If you had bad components on the PSU board there may still be other issues not found and repaired. Try replacing the PSU.
If you are sure the PSU is functioning correctly then you have a short or faulty component elsewhere.
therefore the psu has been repaired, probably there are other faults on the board, on that model in the service manual there is the PtoP tries to check the outputs, some are missing.

check to see if the screen shows the outline of an SC code eg 202 or similar, a lot of the time you need to replace the laser polygon mirror motor befor repairing/replacing the board concerned, and possibly one other pcb, good luck.

Unplug connectors on psu one at a time to see if it recovers and narrow down the location of the problem.....
This problem occurs on the MP C2800 / 3300 series. It does not seem to interest the b / w
TV or electronics service centers generally know how to repair power supply board at good prices
