    Re: Error @remote In. Req. No.

    New issue,guys.On some machines,without firewall,without any issue on the network,and without pre-programmed rc gates it takes far too long to connect to ricoh's server and i left it over 15 minutes trying.No error,no nothing.If i reload the wim i get a 503.
    Any thought?

    Customer is using a proxy?
    Check --> sp5816-201 (if 0=OK)
    -204 (9=trying to request, 0=OK)
    -207 (9=trying to request, 0=OK)

    Something wrong with the @remote request no? I asume it's a cumin installation?
    This works only on site to the machine:
    With sp5816-201 check the state
    -202 entering request no.
    -203 start requesting
    -204 Waiting to change from 9 to 0
    It's generally possible to start a @remote service poling by the panel to the center server. Was already done?

    have you tried to ping the @remote servers in japan before connecting?
    I noticed that some of the machines that faces issues while connecting when a google dns was added, it starts working fine.
    I am trying to figure out how is it related to google dns if the customer has their own dns.
    Aye! Cut the crap
