this problem came suddenly or following an operation, a restore, an update. More information would not hurt. You may have problems with Java or even a firmware update.

I did not see you try the 'go back' icon on the bottom of the screen. It is the one next to the "Check Status" option.

Persistence Provider is Java.... I think you're going to need to reflash it, and while you're at it update the firmware as well.
