    Ricoh MP C3004

I have an account with a bank and they have some Ricoh Machines MP C 3004 series that need a firmware upgrade to enable scan to folder again. Can anyone help me out? I don't mind reimbursing you for your time and assistance.

    Thanks in advance

Does your machine have internet access? If so you can firmware update through the application app.

Customer has access if they look for it. It' under admin. You can set to auto update and specify a time for it to update.

I haven't had it happen yet, so not sure. I set the machines to update at 3:00 a.m. to prevent problems. We don't have any accounts that are running the machine at that time so I feel pretty safe.

    Thanks.
MY only concern would be overseas faxes being received from China or somewhere own nite is their day..

The Automatic Remote Firmware Update is safe to use, we have been using it since it was introduced by Ricoh. No problems at all and everything stays up to date.

There are no problems caused if a fax or print job come in during update.
