try printing the page counter. Then if you're printing with ethernet cable, try USB.

the problem only occured if I print any thing from the compuetr, I tried USB & ethernet cable.

Does it print the lines when you print a test page directly from the print driver? What print driver are you using?
starting from the assumption that you have tried from more than one pc, try to update the firmware and reset via sp "printer application"

Like others have said, Start with firmware.
Next, make sure you are using the correct MP C3000 print driver (PCL 6 or PCL 6 universal) downloaded from www.ricoh.com . Don't use the V4 drivers.
Could do an IMH format on HDD SP5-832-002. Maybe try a memory clear for Printer only SP 5-801-007 I believe.
Reseat DIMMS.
I'm doubting it's actually a problem with the machine. Could be something with the router (bad port), or computer in question (spooler/ memory/ etc.).
could you please help me to find the firmaware and steps to update
