    I work exclusively on d052 d052 d131 with a monthly copy. Volume o 4.5mil...

    Then you should know how their feed system works. Of course Ricoh is partially at fault for no longer putting a Detailed Descriptions section in their service manuals

    FYI I have worked on all the Martini machines from the A283 on up to the 03s. I have also worked production models doing 3M to 5M a year.

    Separation rollers was causing problems. After installing new one all feeds are working.
    I still don't understand why it wasn't working with rollers from working MP6502 ???
    also, bypass rollers not the same as in paper feed from trays.

    The one way bearing in the feed roller turns the opposite way in the bypass and the LCT. If you replaced only the separation roller, the problem will return quickly.
