Ricoh SPC252SF - Hardware Error message

Hi all, I have a Ricoh SPC252SF which I’m trying to set up wirelessly but when I set it up it seems to accept the settings ok but then doesn’t work and when I check wireless settings and connection check the machine displays ‘ Hardware Error’ next to WIFI and doesn’t do anything?

anyone seen this?

Update the firmware and try again, have you tried if it works with the ethernet cable?
