    mpc 6004 service mode

    the machine will not let me enter the service mode. I know its reset 806182 c on these newer ricoh machines . Any suggestions?

    you have to search if the sp mode block is active in the user tools. Problem to solve?

    what screen are you doing it from? ive found it wont access from copy or scan screen, have to be in docu server

    why not access the sp mode from the switch combinations on the left side of the operation panel?
