I did firmware update as a package, so I just did it one at a time and it looks like it was the panel firmware that caused the issue! WOW! thanks for the reply.
We had a similar issue.
If I remember correctly, it was an issue where all the firmware was not up to date and the difference between the ages of the firmwares caused it to crash.
