Color stripes and lines on MPC300

Dear,

We have problems on Ricoh MPC300/400 MFPs. We are getting stripes of all colors on prints.
In attachment is scan of printed counter. This stripes appears on first 3-4 pages and then dissapear. This can happens once a day, then few days nothing, and again few times a day. At first opinion we thaugh that this is caused by cleaning unit on ITB, but it isn't
We replaced: Laser unit, Bicu, ITB and Drum units.

We have arround 50 machines at customers, and this happens at 10-15 machines.

We replaced complete ITB unit with cleaning unit (used from other working machine) and in few days we get same stripes...

"in a few days ..." however it worked and we are talking about an old spare. If you take out the itb unit and it's dirty we have the same problem with that. But I don't think it's the MPC

1 ARE you swapping parts with old spares?
2 ARE YOU USING KNOCKOFF TONERS?
3 is the machine in a high heat or dusty environment.

You got a lot of issues going on with your samples...
I think you are probably using the cheapest toner you can get and it
is something that you cant fix

What I see in the sample is more a PCU background issue than an ITB cleaning issue. If it only happens early morning and you have high humidity in your area then I would say that you have a condensation problem. Otherwise you have a charging problem. If the PCUs are at or beyond PM count you will have to replace them. If you have used non Genuine Ricoh toners they can cut the PM life in half.

Yes I agree, ITB cleaning problem. Put a new cleaning unit in it as well as a new waste toner container and if the problem comes back, I'd be looking to see if something is preventing the cleaning blade from fully engaging.

He says he has already replaced the entire ITB assembly including the cleaning unit.

He replaced it with a used unit, I want him to put in a new unit, also waste toner unit in case it is full but not indicating full. Then look to make sure blade is engaging fully, then make sure auger is turning in ITB cleaning unit.
