hello i had smurge copy issue in customer place i change fuser unit recently form 4502 in used machine but i have same issue but i checked the fuser with another 4502 machine its working good any suggestions???? is there any setting in service mode

i checked black drum unit on c4502 its good

How do test prints look, is it only on black, how is colour print, what are the PM counts.

Test print is ok
If I make single single copy is good if I make continue copy the problem will come

Exactly how did you check the drum unit? From the image you attached it looks to me like the charge roller is dirty.

Fitting used parts you'll be going round in circles.

Fit a new fuser sleeve & pressure roller.

Exactly how did you check the drum unit? From the image you attached it looks to me like the charge roller is dirty.

I place drum unit in 4502 the copy quality is good

You might want to check the ITB cleaning unit.
