    I haven't seen this before! Jams in ADF everytime with this message that's scrambled on the display. The rest of the machine functions properly. Weird!?

    At least it is showing the jam code J003 which is Skew Correction Sensor: On. Either the paper not reaching the sensor or the sensor is or its black reference is covered with dust.

    As for the scrambled display, it could be corrupted display firmware or memory. Try re flashing the display ( LCDC ) firmware.

    This may be a shot in the dark, but some previous models had engine firmware specific for the type of document feeder being used (SPDF vs ARDF). Although it doesn't seem to be the case on this model, there ARE 2 engine firmware files. One is regular, the other is for Greenline models only. Maybe an engine firmware reflash might help. Never seen 30 simultaneous jams at Y before. Totally weird
