I had problems with alignment before replace a ITB belt in a c2503 and it was solved with a ITB belt of a used machine.
D2416097 is the latest part number.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.

Great trouble here to:
mpc3004 registration problems...
Seems that Ricoh had given the wronge number for the ITB belt AND the cl unit.
I have replaced only the ITB cl unit on a c3004 (ricoh told me to use the imc3000 cl unit D0BQ6141);
2 months later the original ITB belt on this machine was riped.
So, i ordered a new belt, and ricoh says to use D1776089.
But that doesn't fit at all, it is to width.
So tommorrow i need to go back and put the whright parts in it!
Hopfully the drums did not get damaged.
In the UK the complete ITB ass'y is not much more £ than just the belt so we always change the complete unit.

I think that is very wise.
Because this belt is not so flexible at all, the least push will end up in a dent...
And also there is not much space for the belt to pull it over the ass'y.
And when you do, you need to be carrefull that it is located exactly between 2 plates, that means, before you even know it, its damaged!
