SPC360DNW color registration

Hi, All. I hope your day is going well. I got a new spc360dnw that came in with horrible color registration. I reseated the ITB and ran auto color registration and all was good. After delivery to the customer the color reg was off again. This time reseating the ITB did no good as it fails auto color reg every time. I would LOVE to stick another ITB assy into it, but I don't have one. If anyone has ran into this issue with this printer, could you tell me what you did to fix it? Try cleaning the ID sensor assembly.
