MP C3502 SC554 problem

hi everybody i am new here. i have mpc3502 machine after change new fusing flim machine showing sc554, so i change the total fusing unit from another good working machine still same error showing, then my friend said change power supply board i change that but still same error, so now i dont know how to solve this problem , here anybody can help me on this..

Have you reset the error in SC mode ?

These machines had a fuse that is installed with the sleeve assembly or new fusing unit. If the fuse is not detected, the code will not reset, no matter what you change.

Yes, I know there is one fuse inside the fusing unit but the problem is i changed new fusing unit with good working condition from another machine then why the same problem still there

You need to use the pico FUSE to reset the error. In wont go away with 5810.
You need 5810-002 which is disabled. You need the pico Fuse to enable that menu.

D147-FUSE is the part number

You have to put that new fuse in that comes with a new fuser sleeve, if sc554 occured then you have to do a hard high temp reset I think, which is 5-810-2, execute and reboot.
Been a while since i've had to do this but pretty sure that is right
