Your yellow is right down the middle of the page and includes both yellow developer and toner?

The metal roller on the ITB unit to the left of the yellow transfer roller is either seized up or bound up as to be difficult to turn. This causes the ITB belt to come into contact with the top of the yellow unit and drag not only toner out, but developer.

If this is the case, take the ITB belt off, remove the metal roller out and take the bushings off (they are small). Clean them, re-lube, put it all back together and it should run like a champ.
We have also seen this numerous times.

Update, all ok for now suspect the aluminium ITB roller just above Yellow PCDU, bearings were a little stiff and causing belt to stall and touch drum.

These are the cause.. D2416346 and D2416347 on the ITB unit.
