I need c2503 Firmware

Hi, I have a problem with a Ricoh c2503, random codes and sometimes the copier shows a message requesting a user key, the customer restart the copier and the problem disappears.

I think is a software problem.
Someone can help me with the firmware

Try user copier tech for firmware

bfore that you need to determine WHAT is causing the issues.

firmware is NOT a fix all

Why don't you post what the codes are that you are getting. We can then let you know what you need to fix. To me it sounds like you have some one playing games with the machine.

thank you for your responses, in this machine I see 991, 997, 442, 816-90, 816-01, 816,26, 553-04, 202, 670 all codes in three days
Iwill change the hard disk

You have some strange errors could try before any parts
Clear nvram NOT 1 & 2 but all the others.
Format hard drive
Update firmware

Most of those Service Codes are related to Energy Save or recovering from energy save. Since a lot of the off timers default to 1 minute, if they have not been changed, the Energy Save system can malfunction. Change to where there are no two things timing out at the same setting. Set them to sequentially time off. Application first then auto log off if User login used and finally power down.

Yes, just that had thought, since the error happens when you wake up from energy saving(in most cases)
