Hi Folks,

i have THE aswer for this Problem.

Take a look at the picture you can clearly seen a Finger Print on the Glas of the Magenta - Laser !

This FingerPrint was the reasen of the problem.

Now,i need to checkout,from which friendly Workers of Ricoh this Print comes from !

so you solved by cleaning that footprint?I had a similar problem on another model that went out of color registration and was a hard pcdu to turn.now you can make mac tylor of c.s.i ny, and make him lay off the worker ricoh

That void is supposed to be there on the ACC pattern, has anyone not worked on the IM C4500 series ?

I have a new instal that is very faint on all colours.

Did you remove the laser to clean, is this engine like the 305/306/307 range?

Hello,

Yes,first i liked to change the 2 Laser-Units to see,if the Problems changed from one to the other side,then when i saw how dirty
the laser on the right side was ( MGT / BLK ) i only cleaned it,and the Problem was solved.

Good catch on the fingerprint!
On all machines with ITB belt units there is a transfer roller under the belt at each drum. In shipping at one end of a transfer roller a spring can pop off and cause voids at that end for that color.
