SP Mode Rex Rotary Pro8200s

hello guys

need some help entering sp mode in rex rotary pro 8200s i have tried (yellow key) 107, 108 (c) and (online) + (all clear). I installed a new cleaning cartridge for fuser and would like to reset the pm count.

am i doing it wrong? or there is another way in entering sp mode.

The Pro 8200 uses the new SP mode sequence; this was changed by Ricoh as too many people were disclosing it publicly.

sorry no, Xerox tech before but i change company, now employed in their maintenance section and handling copiers printer....and embarassingly its the first time i encountered a ricoh production type so im really at loss when what i know didn't work .

i would suggest you grab a copy of the SM then if you are a newbie to ricoh...

too easy to brick a ricoh if you don't follow the procedures properly

If the 8200s has been set for TCRU, Trained Customer Replacement Units, you are able to reset PM counters without going into SP mode. TCRU manuals are available here Pro 8200S/8210S/8220S(TCRU) download page
