In the US look up Ricoh TSRC. Of course you have to be a Ricoh dealer for this site. That is the only legal way in the US.

or you can buy from someone since your question sounds like you are either an end user or new to copiers.
I suggest you know what you are doing b4 doing so........

You have to be a credited ricoh service engineer to get this BUT if you browse through some other threads you may find one or two users that may kindly help you. But please if you are not sure what you are doing call a service engineer who does good luck
