Ricoh MP C3003 sc101-01 when copying from glass

Already cleaned everything and the mirrors appear to be seated properly.
I'm thinking the exposure ribbon cable harness but I can’t seem to find it in the parts catalog.
Is this a common thing on these and does someone possibly have the part number.
    Thanks in advance.

Harness and cable part numbers are found on the Point to Point.

I second this...had one of my trainees do this and made him stare at the glass until he figured out what was wrong....black strip was underneath instead of on top....haha he'll never make that mistake again.

I believe it is in the proper position, black strip on top and to the left.
I made a lot of copies using the DF with no problem but almost every time from the platen glass it throws the code.
