TO BE totally honest on this crap box,WHY was RICOH not hit with a class action law suit as they are responsible to all the poor souls who paid
full price for this turd..
I can live with wasting a few dollars on the lease returns i bought but how about those who bought them new..
And how is it they dont even offer the mod kits for free..DOES Ricoh have any heart and soul at all??????????

Many times removing the pcu from the machine and putting it back in recognizes the toner. But the only solution is to make a modification that costs a lot of money and that Ricoh is not responsible. It's the worst Ricoh machine I've worked on.

Good luck doing the teardown for the mod as well.
It's a nightmare.
As soon as you start though you'll find yellow toner all through the back of the machine.
