Your Profile indicates you've been at this since 1990. Seems to me you'd have a lot of experience to assist others in resolving issues, yet you've shown no inclination to do so.
You'll find that your requests for things like this will be much better received when you give back to the forum
Delayed start up(a good 4 minutes), won’t scan to folder anymore, at times copies and prints very slowly. As printer prints page one of jpg and pdf files only, if a document is five pages, it keeps printing page one five times.

You may need to replace the HDD. Also if JAVA is installed and active and you are not using any JAVA apps, disable it. It takes roughly 4 to 8 minutes to complete initializing and slows everything else while doing so, blocks access to most User Tools except the counter and blocks access to items in SP modes.

You see.... Most/ all of the issues are not even F/w related - except possibly (likely) the scanning part (SMB v2/3 support) which I will refer you back to my original post
