3 options that may be causing it .
1) If the machines were previously used with a fiery GW controller may be off.
Change the setting of SP5895-002 from "0" to "1".
2) Corrupted / defective hard drive. Format the HDD . Or it doesn't work swap with a hard drive you know that works
3) Defective Controller possibility
If it works, don't touch it.
Please confirm mode,l is it 3053 or 3054, they are completely different machines.
