Hello everyone, we have Ricoh 3053, 3054 with no print/scan option. I believe these do not need sd to enable function. We reset, update firmware still no luck.

By this do you mean that the functions do not appear on the Home screen or that they do not appear in User Tools or SP mode? If they just do not appear on the home screen, you need to enable them, I believe in SP, and add them to the screen in User Tools and assign them a function button to access them from other functions without have to return to the Home screen. If they are not available in User Tools or SP, you might have cratered the control board.
Thank you for the confirmation. There are no option in User Tools or SP mode.
Was the HDD removed?
Make sure your NIC card is turned on. SP 5-985 set it to 1. This is the setting to get the scanner working. Restart the machine or do a soft boot for the settings to take effect.
If it works, don't touch it.

I verified SP 5-985 set it to 1, there's only system sp under service mode. Thank you.
