Er, predecessor to the MP W3601. Seriously, a little out of date but just a Ricoh wide format machine.

Simple machines, just all the parts (Fuser rollers, dev unit, drum, are huge (wide) and bulky to handle by one person...

    Check the serial number label for a Product Code. Either a B286 W2400, B289 W3600 or D344 RW3600.
    Launch date 7/16/2007
I have initial release service manual, parts catalog, point-to-point and Operator manuals 1&2. PM me your email if you want them.

The MP W2400 and MP W3600 and all earlier products are no longer officially supported, at least in Canada anyhow. We have cancelled all service contracts on these. Basic parts (drum, blade, dev, etc.) are common with the still supported MP Wxx01 series, but things like boards would be a crap shoot regarding availability. The MP Wxx01 series will be next on the chopping block, after which some items not common with more recent models will become extinct once supply dries up.

His complaint is a piece outside that keeps copies made in neat pile in multiple copy jobs..
Seems to have issues after 2 copies..maybe a guide?

If he is trying to use the lower exit it is fruitless for multiple prints save for the largest sizes. For the upper exit, the blue guides can get broken.
