A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

Thanks.
As I've mentioned in a couple of previous posts, I was aware the fix was available, and I installed it on my system some time ago, but for me, this is not a solution to provide customers, which many/ most of whom are somewhat less than (shall we say) "computer savvy".
But, having little experience with these out of band updates myself, Am I correct in assuming and advising people that the fix will automatically roll out with the next update?
I can confirm that windows Cumulative Update KB4565503 which was rolled out today (July 14th) resolves the PCL printing issue.
It'll probably create whole batch of other issues, but so as long as they don't relate to printing or scanning, they shouldn't affect my life too much!
