    Hi sir i try your idea but not working sir i press clear mode and 143 and stop key 3 times nothing showing

    Had to use that sequence on a 3504ex last week.
    You Type in the code, and then you should hear a beep after the sequence. Then you reboot machine.
    Ours was caused by ARFU not being able to update "Animation" f/w on the SOP, and then was stuck in an "Updating Loop" where it would "load the firmware" restart the machine, and then repeat.
    Ricoh informed me of the reset sequence you mentioned. It worked the first time, but a week later the same thing happened and replacement of the Panel was necessary.
