Factory Reset User Tools on IMC?

Pre Cheetah panels you could hold down the hash while choosing 'system settings' or the others to factory reset the user settings.

How do we do it now?

Hold the lower 'a' service button in and press 'system settings'

Whats the "lower a button?" are you referring to the 3 ex keys on the left side of the SOP?

I believe those keys are officially referred to as EX1, EX2, & EX3 so you saying "a" confused me!
