In fact, i have the same problem and that is called ghost image or offset.
the same problem you have here.
I have replaced only the sleeve unit, but it didn't help.
A mpc3002 (of spc830) fusing unit can be used in a c5502 if you swap the bottom plate and connector.

There´s only one sleeve for all 02´s. To get rid of problems we allways change sleeve-, pressroller and 2 TH´s as a set. Only had trouble when changing the sleeve without pressroller.
An old pressroller shines like the sun - change it. By the way, if the engine has many prints/copies done it´s a good idea to remove the exit-section and clean the rollers.

In the UK it's D142 4273 for the 3002/3502 and D144 4273 for the 4502/5502, I'm bloody sure of it :/

The sleve unit 4502/5502 have different fusing lamp as 3002/3502, fusing lamp have more wats.
Just take a fusing lamp from 4502/5502 sleve unit and replace it.
I've done this a couple of times.
