blank copy on mpc 3001

mpc 3001 print out blank copy either black or color.
replaced all high tension board for pcu bias and itb, controller board, bcu, io board,
itb contact motor also have been replaced, still the same problem.
anybody have any idea over this type of problem, please advice...

Make a color copy with lots of coverage, stop the copier during the run, just open the door while it's running. Look to see if you have any toner image on the ITB belt, if no then look to see if you have image on the drums.

Laser machines use a write to no charge function. Blank pages are either the laser is blocked, development units are not turning or a transfer problem, possibly the PTR.

neither the drum or itb have image on it.
laser unit have been replaced, neither color or mono have image, the motor all turning and no code was displayed

Hi,

Just unscrew a little bit the charge on the black PCU to get no charge on the drum, this will normaly make a black copy .Or stop the copying by opening the front door, and have a look on the black drum; If there is no toner at all on the drum that means there is no voltage on the developer roller or there is no ground
for the drum.

Just replaced the yellow pcu unit, the print comes back already either in mono or color.
