The only strange noise that I noticed in your video seemed to occur only during paper feed. As soon as the registration roller takes control of the paper, no noise.
Check all your transport rollers!
The little "belt rollers" on the right hand door can have the belts wander to one side and cause a noise.
Check the white plastic rollers on right hand door and lube those.
If it's just that initial squeaking/ rubbing sound, then I don't think the issue is from any "unit", otherwise it would continue to make that sound during the print cycle. Or does it??? Kind of a short video to determine that from.
EDIT: There's also a bulletin about the duplex rollers touching the cover and a bracket that make a squeaking noise. Just apply grease to those shafts.

Another bulletin.....which is "too large to upload" talks about the belt rollers i was telling you about.
This is just part of the first page.
Countermeasure include changing guides, inserting an "E-ring silencer" , and adding spacers to the guide.
BULLETIN NUMBER: D146/D147/D148/D149/D150 – 026 REISSUE 7/29/2014
APPLICABLE MODEL:
LANIER – MP C3003/MP C3503/MP C4503/MP C5503
RICOH – MP C3003/MP C3503/MP C4503/MP C5503
SAVIN - MP C3003/MP C3503/MP C4503/MP C5503
SUBJECT: NOISE FROM THE PAPER TRANSPORT PATH
SYMPTOM:
A squeaking is heard from the Paper Transport path of the D146, D147, D148 or D149 models.
CAUSE:
The edge of the Transport Belt [A] contacts the holder which is located behind the belt because it moves to
one side during the machine operation.
The center of Transport Belts and Rollers are not properly aligned. The belts move to one side
causing the belt to run over onto the pulley. Then that causes it to contact the holder.
SOLUTION:
Production Countermeasure:
There have been four levels of countermeasures that have been applied to the production. See Units
Affected for the serial number cut-in information. See table below:
Production Level Change Reason
Level 1 Initial mass production -
Level 2 Change the shape of the holder. To reduce contacting between the belt
and the holder.
Level 3 Insert a spacer on the shaft of
Transport Belt and an E Ring on the
shaft of the roller.
To align the center of the Transport Belt
and Roller.
Level 4:
Permanent
countermeasure
Change the shape of Guide Plate
and
To align the center of the Transport Belt
and Roller instead of the spacers
Field Countermeasure:
Action Steps:
Step. 1. Replace the Guide Plate: No.2.
Step. 2. Replace the Guide Plate: No.1.
Step. 3. Insert the E Ring Silencer on the main frame side.
Step. 4. Insert the spacers on the guide plates.

Ok so I went back out on site and narrowed the sound coming from the duplex door the shift that controls the 4 belt rollers in the bottom. I removed the 4 screws and plastic cover on the right had side turned the shaft by hand and heard the noise as I turned it. I regreased the shaft and bushing the noise went away on single sided prints but still there on double sided but not as loud. I will see how I go with replacement.
