@remote problem

I `ve Installed some @remote and working fine. i have a problem with im550, i configured machine but is on the "non obtain list" of the system.
Any suggestions

Was it registered through an Appliance or just the embedded architecture within the machine?
Does the machine actually show up when you login to @Remote and search for it?
How long did you wait between registering it and checking it in the system? Sometimes it can take over 24 hours (in rare cases up to 72 hours) to start polling the system.
Is your "Install condition" set to "Managed" or "Monitored"?
