quick search brought up this page.
airprint doesn't appear to be an option
MP C3004 Color Laser Multifunction Printer | Ricoh USA
It's standard, so to say.
You need to download the "Ricoh Device Connector" app on your phone (android or apple).
Make sure that your phone is on the same network as the copier.
For Apple you have to either scan a QR code from the machine op panel, or you can enter the IP address of the machine into the app and it will search for the copier that way.
Once the copier is found, you should be able to print from a webpage, photo album, email, etc.
EDIT: you don't need Postscript.

Look on the Web Image Monitor under "Configuration", and on the right hand side under "Network", you should see "Airprint". It's active by default.

Yes it does. You will need to create a Device Certificate for it to work.

Does the customer have an always on Windows PC or server?
If so, you can install AirPrint for Windows, which uses the shared printer queues on the server. Also, PostScript isn't needed this way.
I think this machines works with airprint out of the box... The certificate is enabled by default...
