    It looks to me like only the center transport belt is turning when the lead edge of the paper reaches them. If you inspect them the surfaces might be shiny and slick. Cleaning might help but I would recommend replacement. If you are going to try cleaning and you have any of the Scrubs hand wipes that Ricoh used to put in their PM kits, they work quite well to clean and also scuff up to slick surface.

    It seems that the sheet comes from above instead of from the paper drawer ....?! is it a duplex? Or the paper arrives rolled up because it is damp or poor and stops on the belts. Try if it does the same with the other paper cassette and the bypass tray.

    If you are referring to the first picture, I think it is just to show the relation to the transport belts.

    Take the belt out, clean and install 180 degree turned.

    Quick question.

    Are all the plastic guides in place and not broken?

    That looks like the paper is being fed out the tray, then collides with the feed on the right door and then only is fed further.

    Had that before when guides are dislodged and sitting skew or break and the customer quietly removes them, and then logs a call for what is evident in your photos.

    is that center belt spinning freely like the ones that are causing the fold?
