Why don't you just replace the non contact sensors?

'm not changing the nc sensors on a new station... they should work
fuser now replaced with a complete used unit...now works
will then test the existing new unit with the nc-sensors when they are delivered.
    greetings

I've seen wiring issues more of a problem than the sensors themselves. Always a really old unit though, never had a bad one out of the box...

Before you change any PCB's, inspect the ITB for rips, clean the ITB unit, could be arcing. Also check the power outlet, dose it have a surge protector that records power events?

the problem seems to be solved after 1 week test run with a new replacement heater. the first one was "new defect" ...no idea why

in 31+ yrs in the industry, I've had ALL brands that the new genuine oem fusers FAILED out of the box.

they are assembled by HUMANS therefore there is a margin of error built into the product

    "shit happens"

The proper term is "Out Of Box Failure"

With the Cxx03 series fusers, we had to resort to ohming out the lamps on all new sleeves. We had a batch come in where 5 out of 10 had broken lamps shortly after the release of this series.
Still receive one occasionally that has the lamp broken. Usually just take the lamp out of the old one and put in the new one if that's the case.
