You're right, it doesn't have the G2, it has the G2.5 Smart Op panel, which has the same access procedure as the G2 Smart op panels.
Ricoh machines have used the same 6 digit access code since the Cxx03 Models (7 years now).

I know access code..but this model has not G2 or G2.5 Op panels..

Oh shit, Sorry about that, i was thinking the MFP version for some reason.
Slimslob may be right. hold down the up and down arrows for 5 seconds then release and hit the ok button.

Bingo. P800 is a printer only. Worked on one today. It's the printer version of the IM550. Very wierd unit, Kyocera hardware with a Ricoh controller... Definitely not what I'm used to...
