Likes: Ok. Swapped left side fans. Only rear one was not coming on and even after swapped it won’t come on. Tested in front slot and it works fine there. Followed wires back and all seemed good even unplug and plug back in. Any thoughts further?

I replace the two fans on the left side the front fan comes on no problem but the real one will not come on and I tested the rear one on the front and it comes on just fine
any other ideas on this gentleman?

- Defective ventilation fan motor-front or rear
- Defective IOB
So, if you ruled out the fans, and checked the connections, the IOB is your next suspect - D0895123 PCB:IOB

i just gutted a mpc3501 since i didnt feel like rebuilding the transfer belt and fuser unit......
great box but i like the mpc3503 series better
