I have a lot settings for foip (voip) terminal adapter environment. But in many cases i just configured the baudrate to 9600 and ecm for sending and receiving to off. This was enough. Newest adapter don't handle with pbx setting of the machine (wondering, because no hook up or tel switch tones hearable) , so i set the line to pstn and it works in most of my cases.

Print the fax error log. Result code numbers are listed on the page.

The customer is using a PRI . The call leaves the PRI and completes on the handshake on the other end but then the call drops off. Is the PSTN setting in the same area as the Baud rate ?
