Well, I can only see two possibilities (there might be more, but these are the ones that ocur to me right now):
- The procedure the customers are using is either incorrect or they aren't following the procedure correctly;
- The OPC drums you're using are not good (they could have been when you tested them, but due to the quality control being sub-par, their characteristics are no longer the same).
I'd look over a couple of customers (that are experiencing problems) while they replace the drum to check the first possibility, and I'd place an OEM drum on another couple of customers (that are also experiencing problems) to check the second one.
