After the customer replaces the OPC DRUM, this code will be displayed,
I checked the maintenance manual and showed that this code is not related to OPC DRUM
If you have encountered this code, please give me suggestions, thank you!

I had a similar problem (posted here). The problem is now solved, but I can't remember what was done to solve it (and I didn't post it in the forum - need to dig in my documentations to try and remember what was done and update the thread). Anyway lots of good hints there.

Question: If you go to the logging data, are there any other codes logged besides 401-01?

This code is directly related to the drum replacement. SC401-01 is a Development gamma low error. The entire PCDU has to be pulled in order to replace the OPC drum. The development unit is the D part of the PCDU. In replacing the drum something happened that affected the development unit.

This question seems to be very common, I have almost ten customers asking the same question
Shouldn't be normal - I never had that happen to me. Maybe the operators weren't given the correct procedure to replace the drum?
Does it happen when you replace the drum?
Maybe you should ask the customer to replace it while you supervise and make sure he's doing it correctly...

If it works, don't touch it.
