Once the dev unit fails toner backs up & breaks the toner hopper.

I always replace a dev unit with a new hopper as a set.

You work for a nice company we're forced to glue the auger back on.

They cost peanuts & so small can keep in the van stock.

However I have heard many engineers glue or even melt & mould it back into one piece!

Wait: you can buy only the auger?
I'm always forced to buy the whole Tonner Hopper Ass'y. And it costs around 100€ here in Italy.

Usual fix is to fit a new Dev assy and toner supply unit.

That does seem high we pay around £40.

If they came without the motor would be a lot cheaper.

You're right... In italy it costs 100 Euro.... Bit sometimes ypu can fix it without replace it

If all about cost you can get a whole set of augers only from AliExpress for about £25 I've never tried myself only use oem but I know people that do
