Black toner keeps on adding

MPC2003 machine black toner is keeps on adding ,I removed black PCDU from machine and found that toner inlet is full of toner ,what could be the problem?

Check the black development gears - they're probably not rotating properly, and so the machine keeps trying to add toner.

This. Had many dev units fail on these. Dev unit seized up and your toner supply auger in the hopper is tangled and or snapped off now too.

The coils in the developer unit are very fragile and can easily break when faced little resistance. This can happen within normal operation of machine. Unlike the MP c3003+ models it's not driven by a motor so toner is not always mixed properly which can result in hardened toner causing it to break.

what are you printing heavy fill?

you really have to give us a lil more info!

life on pcdu?

is it dumping inside the machine?

what does the dev roller look like? nice brush or depleted ?

machine showing add toner but 10% toner still there ,no print /copy

PCDU life is 1.2k

Check toner hopper for hardened toner inside... Can cause this problem

Once the dev unit fails toner backs up & breaks the toner hopper.

I always replace a dev unit with a new hopper as a set.
