If you can access WIM see if there is an SC 202 polygon mirror motor error. You can also shine a flashlight at an angle across the display. Polygon mirror motor failure has taken out the BICU. Replace both the polygon mirror motor and BICU at the same time.

Thanks but I have since had it confirmed that it is probably the BICU board and Polygon mirror by someone who has had this before.Cheers

Thanks for that .someone else told me the same thing so im sure you are right.
I did not want to take it from a working machine though so I am trying to get that one going, but it says insert cyan and magenta photoconductors even when I change the drums. any ideas on this one my friend? Hope you dont mind answering again or shall I post it seperately?
