This appears to be a fuser overheat code on this desktop color printer. I did figure out how to reset the code. The machine comes to ready and will print for about 3 minutes, then the code comes back. Where do I go from here?
Thanks.

Depending on the PM count, you may want to get the 100K Fuser Maintenance kit. Includes: (1) Fusing Unit, (3) Pickup Rollers, (3) Separation Pads, (1) Transfer Roller Unit, (2) Dust Proof Filters
Fuser sleeve could be warped or possibly thermostat?

Hit the supplies button on the ops panel. Press down. Anything that says "replace now", replace it
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
Noooooo keep this old girl as long as you can, they are a cracking little box!

Unit has only about 30k on it, so it's worth the $$$ for the fuser then? Any idea about firmware, is it easy to get and upgrade?
