SC 693 on Pro C751

Hi!
I have a SC693 in a Pro C751 that I recently checked. I cleaned all units and it has a broken charge unit in the yellow IU, and consecuently the drum has a peeled line. So I ordered a new charge unit and drum but my concern is that it never showed that code before. I reseted all conectors on the BCU and it let me print a counter page but nothing more. I hope that with the new drum and charge unit it gets working again, but could you give me some advice in case it doesn't?

SC693 D GAVD Transmission Error (Y)
The machine cannot communicate (data read/write) normally with the Y LDB (laser control ASIC).

• Cycle the machine off/on
• Replace BCU harness or BCU
• Laser unit defective

Solved! It was the yellow drum indeed. I just replaced it and the code was gone.
