    Fold Position BK5010

Hello, I have a big problem with a Plockmatic BK5010.

The stitching is exactly in the middle of the sheet.

The fold is suddenly offset by 1-2 cm.

I still have to get 400 brochures ready today.

Unfortunately, the machine didn't come with the multi tool, so I couldn't do the paper reset either.

Does anyone have any idea what else I could check? Nothing is visible in the machine.

    Greetings Sven

    Hello,

on germany it is verry important to find an Technican.
For an other Plockmatic i had an PCB Error. Only the way to me and install the Platine they would 2.300 Euro + the Platine.

    Addendum:

I have now tested different types and sizes of paper. Standard from the menu and special formats.

Even if I set 297 x 420 the stapling is correct but the fold is wrong by 2 cm. If I change the format to 297 x 400, the fold is also wrong by 2 cm.

    Best regards,
    Sven

I understand you are in a time constraint .. but...

how many pages on the finisher?

how many pages are you trying to fold at one time?

how worn are the feed components in the finisher?

    are the wheels clean?

you could change the settings for this fold and screw up folding for Z or other styles.

being an end user you could screw up other things in the machine ...

IMHO Like davel said HIRE a tech

    Hi,

    The Counter:
    Staple: 21682
    Fold: 37320
    Knife: 31855

At the Moment i would fold 3 Paper 100g.
The Staple is on the correkt Place on the Paper. But the Fold is aktually 2 cm on the false Place.

I search on the complet Machine but i have no Multi Tool. If i had a scan from this Tool i can Laser it on acryl and test a Paper reset.

But which Papersice i take, the Staple is correkt the Fold not.

Yes it is all clean and no Paper inside. The first Brochure works and then it goes wron.
On Service Menue i start the Sensortest and Motor and here is all correct.

you could change the settings for this fold and screw up folding for Z or other styles
With the Plockmatic i can not make an Z Fold. Only one Fold.

    Best regards,
    Sven

    Hi,

now i make 3x a Diagnose from the System and get an Error BK-044.
This is the Thick Set Sensor.

If i go to the Sensorcheck it is 1 and if i test it it goes to 0.
    Is that correct?

    Best regards,
    Sven
