Ricoh mp2501 back side lines

Hi,
35.000 Copies has taken Mp2501 new machine, front side is perfect but back side equal line will appear 5mm.. Customer using original toner..I have change development bias also.... same problem......Any body face this problem,,,,

Back side lines could from PTR, fusing unit pressure roller or paper guide ribs.

I would replace drum next if PTR doesn't fix. Looks like what the 301 does when the drum is starting to go on it. Usually only does it for the first few pages of a job.

PCU needs rebuilding.

Replace Drum, Developer, Charge roller cleaning roller and Cleaning blade.
Unfortunatelly this model does not reach PM target.
And yes i am facing it, very often!
