I have to agree with the other guys, change your Dev, drum and cleaning blade. Make sure you do the developer initialization.
Also clean your reg roller and reg roller cleaner.
And 1 more thing on your PCU, the plastic part of it that sits just above the reg roller and below the mag roller , put a strip of tape on it from left to right.
Which paper has been used in that machine?
Very thick paper - or / and - no copy paper?
You might be correct if the problem were on the front of the copies but the problem is on the back of the paper. The paper transfer roller, PTR, is faster and much less expensive to replace. To prevent the problem from returning quickly, turn on Transfer Roller Cleaning. Selects whether the transfer roller is cleaned. Transfer roller cleaning is necessary only when black spots occur in the image areas of copies. This can occur when bad environmental conditions increase the toner density. The default is OFF (No).
Set this to ‘1’ when dirty background appears on the reverse side of the first page
of a copy job.
[0 = No / 1 = Yes]
The actual SP can vary by model.
OK, it seems i have to explain myself (again).
Paper that has been used and that is not suitable for these copiers will affect the drum-parts to wear (very) more quickly.
So, ask customer what kind of paper he uses. Also when he uses only 1x per month a non suitable paper, that is enough for the machine to fail!
